What Security equipment do we repair?
Renova repairs over 1,800 different cameras and DVRs, Access Control and other devices from 60+ manufacturers. This menu grows by about 30 SKU’s every month. We repair devices that are typically no longer under warranty by the OEM.
How much does it cost?
) and we will quote you a budgetary price and bring the product in for evaluation. Inbound and outbound freight cost is the responsibility of the customer. Our customers save an average of $2,300 per DVR ( by repair vs. replacement) and save an average of $1,100 per Camera ( by repair vs. replacement).
How long does it take?
Though we strive to always repair within 10 business days, we are averaging better -- about 7 business days. Expedites are available at a small fee ($100). If we have never repaired your part number before, it may take longer than 10 business days – as we develop a complete repair profile first and because we may have to order parts.
What about warranty?
We warranty the repair for 90 days. That means that if the product fails for another reason – a new repair is not covered. However, we replace all the components which contributed to the failure – per our historical analyses and studies. In the last 4 years we have seen less than 1% returned for warranty. We successfully repair about 97% of what we receive for repair.
