Helping OEMs remain profitable in aftermarket service
Renova Technology, Inc. was founded in 1996 as a response to the needs of one of the largest POS/ATM manufacturers in the world. Their challenge was to find a service provider who would repair proprietary products at board component level as well as collect and report detailed data related to the repair.
Renova pioneered this dynamic transparent approach to repair. The quality of service and data analytics that Renova provides has saved our customers millions of dollars over the years and has had a profound effect on their customer retention.
Over the past two decades Renova has become well known for its core competency: the component level repair and rework of complex and often proprietary circuit boards augmented by a host of customized repair programs that include data collection and analytics. Our scope of repair has grown as well as the industries we serve and all of this is done while staying invisible to our clients’ customer base.
Gartner has defined a “Best-In-Class” repair service provider as one that reduces the customer’s TCO (Total Cost of Ownership), accelerates supply chain efficiencies, and drives brand loyalty. Our larger security customers average 1.5 million in annual savings by repair vs. replacement and we have the data to back that up.
Our customers enjoy improved customer satisfaction, service profitability, competitive advantage, as well as decreases in service operations costs.
