Renova’s repair team is comprised of multiple levels of expertise and thought-leadership. The highest level is comprised of senior technicians and engineers at masters levels in electronics and mechanical engineering, and collectively over 200 years of experience in industrial manufacturing and electronics.
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Jonathan launched Renova Technology in 1996 with a vision to deliver high-end technical repair services emphasizing quality, reliability and customer service. Since then, his leadership and strategic direction have helped position the company as an industry leader.
Chief Operations Officer
Marc Melkerson brings a powerful combination of both technical operations and sales experience in the electronics industry. He joined Renova in 1999, and his responsibilities have included sales and marketing as well as repair and manufacturing operations. Marc is a pioneer in providing transparency of detailed repair data to our customers, that differentiates Renova from other repair service providers.
Chief Financial Officer
Christopher's organization skills and proactive nature laid the foundation for Renova Technology's accounting practices which continue to give it its financial strength today. He began his career with Renova Technology in 1998 as an accounts payable specialist but rose through the ranks holding various titles such as Controller and Director of Finance.
Director of Engineering
Chris Chapman heads Renova’s Engineering Team and has worked on Renova’s complex rework and engineering change orders. Over the last 21 years, Chris has seen Renova’s Technical Department evolve from component PCBA, POS, Telecommunication to security equipment repairs. Chris holds a yellow belt in Six Sigma and courses in 5S practices.
Manager of Security Repair Sales
Anita Lomel has over 10 years of experience in the industry and has worked with three national security integrators in operations prior to Renova. This knowledge at the branch level has enabled Anita to excel and develop programs and processes best suited for integrators and self-maintaining enterprises.
Manager of Business Development
Louis Pine brings over 7 years' experience in consultative sales and business development having served as Account Executive in start-up and growth-stage SaaS organizations from enterprise quality assurance, to healthcare, and sales enablement technology. Louis is responsible for leading OEM Sales, Marketing Strategy, and our Business Development Team.
Account and Customer Service Manager
Brooke Richards has worked in various customer support and management roles for 35 years, including the last 17 years with Renova. From day-to-day order processing to repair data analysis, reporting, rework project management, and logistics support, he’s committed to providing the personalized service that Renova is well known for.

Darion White lead’s Renova’s RMA and support processes. Darion is committed to providing exceptional customer support across Renova’s security integrator, OEM, and self-maintaining enterprise accounts. Whether order processing or compiling analytical reporting, his friendly and knowledgeable interfacing reflects an industry leading brand of service our customers love.
