Every year Renova Technology’s Fall Fest includes a Shadow Masquerade Costume! As a production based organization, it is important to have down time and fun.
With this being our first full Autumn Festival Event (post lockdown), everyone brought their A-game to this year’s contest, making the judges’ job incredibly difficult this year. Nevertheless, they, once again, rose to the occasion to deliver us some definitive winners.
What is Fall Fest?
The Annual Autumn Festival is a team building and employee appreciation event where individuals are valued and encouraged to participate in the activities for week and that participation, especially excelling in those activities, earns points for the respective departments. At the end of the week, the department with the most points will be crowned Renova’s Team of the Year!
It is a full week of excitement from outdoor activities (departmental soccer games), bingo, and other activities for cash prizes and bragging rights. We have grown substantially in the last 12 months. We have new team members and we were excited to see all the participation from all departments.
In addition, the Renova Cup is held, which is a series of miniature soccer games held during an extended 2nd break starting Monday and culminating in the Soccer Final to be held during Friday afternoon break!
