Insights From 2021

Over the last 26 years, Renova has grown to support a multitude of industries by repairing thousands of devices at component board (PCBA) and electromechanical level. 2021 was a remarkable year for Renova as we returned to the office at full capacity.

We added new customers across world-class manufacturers, integrators and dealers, and enterprises such as casinos, airports, schools, municipalities, and energy. Renova has the know-how to repair most commercial electronic devices. Even with the supply chain challenges and pandemic, our repairs were performed in record time with high-yields as a domestic repair partner for our customers.

As we gear up for 2022, we are already investing more in our team, technological infrastructure, and increasing focus in areas such as Research and Development (R&D). R&D is critical to support any kind of repair challenge our customers put forth.

Here are just a few exciting posts to look back on in 2021:

Supply Chain Disruption and 2022 Outlook

We understand the constraints enterprises continue to face with product shortages, extended lead times, as well as the impact of the pandemic on customer service throughout so many industries.

We are here to help you throughout such endeavors. Our repair portfolio and associated repair logistics programs have truly strengthened our customer relationships. As we prepare for the New Year, we want to know what challenges Renova can help solve beyond repair.

We know the supply chain and chip shortage have put everyone to the test in 2021 and shows no sign of stopping. Turning to an aftermarket service provider and identifying the challenges above can make the difference this New Year.

Reflecting back on an article by Deloitte Insights , “Transforming manufacturing in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic” written  by Paul Wellener, Robin Lineberger, Kerry Millar, Oliver Bendig, and Aljaz Hussain describes how manufacturers are increasingly turning their focus on aftermarket services.

All of our tailored programs (such as advanced exchange, reverse & forward logistics, and dispositioning) were born in addressing your needs. We welcome the opportunity to work with you.

Here is to a great 2022 for all of us!
