As an impartial third party, Renova Technology can give an objective analysis and determine entitlement on returned products. Our advanced IT system can manage multiple serial formats to identify dates of manufacture as well as cross-reference different SKUs for reliable part identification. This also enables us to invoice several responsible parties specific to one product depending upon warranty responsibility. Our data analytics provide the metrics to drive improved customer satisfaction and service/profitability initiatives across all parties involved.
